By day, I am a software engineer and web developer.

By night, I am a restless entrepreneur.

I love to tackle new challenges, which has led me to try my hand at coaching high-school basketball, selling real estate, stock market investing, web development (see my humble web resume), writing (poetry, children's books, and young adult novels), and now publishing. When I'm not looking for my next big project, I like to spill my thoughts into semi-coherent thoughts on a page. Poetry and writing are my mental release from the daily grind.

I enjoy children's stories that offer an engaging perspective for adults. Storytelling is one of the best ways to build a connection between children and adults, and I hope that my stories can foster that connection in families across the world.

I also enjoy writing stories about young love, and the pursuit thereof. I hope that I can use my stories to connect with the hearts of teens and young adults by sharing these experiences with them through evocative prose.

For years, I wrote in private, without thoughts of publishing. My stories were (and still are) quite personal and introspective. When I began sharing my writing, I was met with unexpected support. Writing was a release - a way to express myself to the world, while remaining veiled behind a shield of poetic prose. Now, I am prepared to take a step out from behind that shield and share my writing with the world.

My publishing career will launch in Fall 2019 with a series of picture books. In 2020, I plan to release a young adult novel.
